Thank you for shopping with TRIPLE ONE MUSIC PRODUCTIONS (SSM: 202303120166). We want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital products (music, digital art, downloads), all sales of digital products are final and non-refundable once the product has been delivered or accessed.

Physical Products (Merchandise)

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange a replacement or full refund.

To request a refund for physical merchandise:

  • Email us at hello@chelsiang.com with your order number
  • Include photos of the defective or damaged item
  • We will respond within 3 business days

Event Tickets

Event ticket refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. If an event is cancelled by the organiser, a full refund will be issued. Please contact us for any event-related refund inquiries.

How Refunds Are Processed

Approved refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days and returned via the original payment method.
