Shipping

Domestic (Malaysia)

Orders within Malaysia are shipped via standard courier services. Estimated delivery time is 3-7 business days from the date of shipment.

International

International shipping is available on a case-by-case basis. Delivery times vary by destination, typically 7-21 business days. Additional customs duties or import taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the buyer.

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. Free shipping promotions may be offered from time to time.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. If you do not receive tracking information within 3 business days of your order, please contact us.

Returns

Return Eligibility

We accept returns for physical merchandise that is:

• Defective or damaged upon arrival
• Significantly different from what was described
• Returned within 7 days of delivery

Non-Returnable Items

• Digital products (music, downloads, digital art)
• Event tickets
• Personalised or custom-made items
• Items that have been used, worn, or altered

How to Return

1. Email us at hello@chelsiang.com with your order number and reason for return
2. Include photos of any defects or damage
3. We will respond within 3 business days with return instructions
4. Return shipping costs are covered by us for defective/damaged items

Refunds for Returns

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 7-14 business days. Refunds are issued via the original payment method. See our Refund Policy for more details.
